Magnus Church of England Academy is a mixed 11-18 academy at the heart of Newark’s community. We set high expectations and aspirational targets for all of our students ensuring they make outstanding progress through our broad curriculum and Christian values.
We inspire each and every student to reach their full potential. Our curriculum is broad and personalised, we offer a full academic route which can then be tailored to include vocational subjects if required and we offer an impressive programme of engaging lessons, extra-curricular activities and supportive interventions to nurture individual talents and skills.
We have a strong pastoral system that responds to each student’s individual needs, but the best way to find out more about us is to visit us during a normal school day, where you can observe some lessons and talk to the staff and students about their experience at Magnus.
